KUSD FORMS

Athletics registration for students the 2022-23 school year is now open and must be completed in the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. To register your child, parents/guardians must log into the Parent Portal and complete all of the steps outlined in this how-to document.

Upon entering the “Products” section of the Parent Portal, families will see all available athletic options. Here, you must click on the specific sport(s) your child would like to register for and fill out the required forms for each sport selected.

NOTE: Parents/guardians of incoming freshmen without an older sibling attending the same high school who are completing these forms prior to Aug. 1 will need to click on their child’s middle school “School Store” to register. After Aug. 1, incoming freshmen will see the “School Store” for the high school they will be attending for the 2022-23 school year. In addition, students entering 6th grade will not be able to register until after Aug. 1.

Once forms are submitted during “Check Out” by parents/guardians, and an email confirmation is received, student athletes must then log into and sign off on the required forms in the Student Portal.

Your “cart” will show $0 when completing registration and no payments will be collected at this time. All athletic fees will be applied after rosters are finalized.
